*** PLEASE, DO NOT EMAIL OR PM THE FOUNDER UNLESS THE FOUNDER  DOES SO TO YOU, FIRST.  GENERAL THANKS FOR THE SITE CAN GO IN THE RANDOM BANTER THREAD, WELCOME SECTION OR CHATBOX.  .WE HAVE A SYSTEM FOR ATTENDING TO THE HUNDREDS OF MEMBERS AND THE FOUNDER  HAS A GREAT GROUP OF PEOPLE TO HELP ON THE SITE.  IDEAS AND HELP SHOULD GO IN THE APPROPRIATE THREAD.  YOU MAY ALSO TRY THE CHATBOX FOR HELP.
 
1   Do not harass, pester, or disrespect any of the admin/ staff or members via text, emails, chatbox -- if you do so you will be warned and or banned.    This means, among other things, that suggestions should go in the comment/thread or other appropriate area in the forum.  If you must pm an admin about something/sugestion  you want to keep private,  PM RATIBOR. 
2.  We are all adults here. Handle any issues with a fellow member amongst yourselves.  Do not expect admin to intercede in interpersonal matter. 
3.  Do not  pester other admin/staff if you do not like the answer admin has given you..  Shopping for answers/inciting discord is grounds for ban.
4   No profanity or obscenity in avatars, text or personal images.
5.  No spamming.  It is grounds for instant banning.
6   issues, problems or highly personal things should be saved for the messaging system, unless or course, you want the world to know. 
7   If you need to have words with someone, keep it out of the chatbox
8   We welcome new media posts.  See  'how to post a movie' in the new member section.  drmuga ratibor or lexicon can answer questions..
9   Go through proper channels.  All site issues go through  ratibor first .
10  If you come across a dead link, please report it, it will help us out
11 PLEASE, take a moment and respond to posts as you surf the forum, it lets us know a link is still live, thanks the uploader and shows us whats hot.
12  If at anytime you desire to be removed from the members list. pm ratibor or Lexicon  and ask them to do so.
13  We communicate through English on this forum.
14  Please keep  religion, politics and controversial issues to a minimum. 
15 Anyone can come visit in the chatbox.  We would love to meet you. It's best to post requests in the request thread tho, so it dosnt get scrolled away.
16 The Drive-In is welcome to all. Please consider that many are trying to view a film and read the drive in info in the new member section.
17  When surfing the forum and clicking on link, please take a moment to reply with a CW (for working) or DL (for dead) this is a BIG help.
18  Please, post comments and links in the appropriate sections.
19 If you have a question that you can't find an appropriate  thread for, try asking in the chatbox or if needed, pm ratibor.
20  Our forum is not free advertising for yours.  if you abuse our hospitality you will be banned. Do not post url's to other sites  in chatbox
21 Most importantly, we have a peaceful harmonious site and want to keep it that way.  HAVE A GREAT TIME AND SPREAD THE CHEER.

We have avoided it as we are a laid back lot and it is primarily common courtesy but it may help members in the long run.  While it is not all inclusive and subject to some change it should provide a general guideline of our expectations.
